Canasta is a card game using two packs of 52 cards plus four jokers, all 108 cards being shuffled together. The rules are simpler than Bridge and the game is not too difficult to play. It gives an opportunity to make friends and enjoy a sociable time together.

New members are always welcome, there being plenty of room in the hall to set up more tables.

We currently pay £1-2 per session to cover the cost of the hire of the hall and a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit.
